I love chocolate. I love sugar. Pretty much if it is sweet, I will love it. One of my favorite things to make (and eat) are Oreo Truffles; if you have had them before, you will know how delicious they are. Such a rich, chocolatey treat that is super easy to make (and because they freeze well, easy to keep on hand)
I also love to coupon, and happened to have an FPC for Philly Chocolate Cream Cheese......I couldn't let it go to waste, so I picked one up. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it - last time I bought one, I made a no bake cheese cake with it. While it was delicious, I wanted to try something different.
I have recently been craving Oreo truffles, so I decided to make them using the Philly Chocolate Cream Cheese - and YUMMY! They are even better than the originals.
I love Oreo Truffles too, may have to pick up some of the Chocolate Cream Cheese and make up a batch for the freezer (Judy Cowan)
