Tasty Tuesday: Home Made "Cheater" Chocolate Mousse

Have you ever been tempted to make chocolate mousse, but then gotten discouraged thinking it was super difficult? If yes - then I have the answer for you!  Check out the recipe below for a tasty treat that only takes a few minutes to whip up!
"Cheater" Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

1 package of dream whip
1 package of instant chocolate pudding
2 cups of cold milk
*optional* 1 tsp instant coffee

Directions:

1) Combine dry ingredients in a bowl (I use my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for this)
2) Add 1.5 cups of milk and mix on high for 5 minutes
3) Check consistency and add remaining milk if needed
4) Chill for 30 minutes
5) Serve garnished with berries, chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings if desired - although it is great plain also!

**I use this as a filling to my cakes/cupcakes as well**

  11. I've been making mousse with avocado and coco mix. I wonder how it would go with pudding mix instead. Hmmm.
