Garth Brooks In Concert

Ottawa was lucky enough to have 4 Garth and Trisha shows this weekend.  After the first 3 sold out in record breaking time, they announced a Sunday afternoon show.  I decided to try and get tickets (what country music fan wouldn't want to see Garth Brooks live? and I LOVE Trisha Yearwood so it was definitely a show I didn't want to miss).


I managed to get tickets when they went on sale and yesterday was the day. I took my mom (early Mothers Day gift) and I was so impressed with the performance they put on.  He has such high energy, and it really radiates to the crowd.

It has been 19 years since he played Ottawa - and he said during his show yesterday that with the reception he has received, it won't take him 19 years to come back!

The entire floor was standing, most of the first level but hardly anyone in the 2nd level.... I don't sit during concerts....I think I made it through the first 3 songs in my seat, but by the time the 4th came on I was on my feet for the rest of the show.
