When it comes to our Canada Day celebration, I really like to serve a red and white dessert to our guests.  My go to is generally this summer fruit pizza (but using strawberries only)....some years I change it up and do strawberry shortcake. July 1st is fast approaching and that means lots of celebrating for Canada's birthday - and with this being the 150th, celebrations will be even bigger.
