Get A Better Nights Sleep With A New Pillow

Your bed is a piece of furniture that sees a lot of use. Every night. It should be a super comfortable place to be, since your quality of sleep affects so much of your life. Since having Mr. J almost 11 years ago, my sleep has changed. Especially when the kids were really young. A few years ago, I heard the term "mombie" for the first time, and it is very fitting.  As the kids got older, my sleep got a little better, but for the last few months I have been waking up with a sore neck and shoulders - and not feeling rested. At first, I though I had slept in a weird position or something, but when it continued, I started to realize that I was likely in need of a new pillow.  I put it off for awhile, and when I was given the chance to try The Floating Comfort Pillow by Mediflow, I jumped at the opportunity.

I like a firm pillow, but still with a little softness. I wasn't sure how much water I was going to need to add, when the pillow arrived, I checked the insert to see if there were recommendations, and there is a guide printed to help give you an idea of the amount of water to use. I added 3L to give the medium a try, and it was the perfect amount for me.

The first night I had no trouble falling asleep, and woke up feeling refreshed in the morning. No neck pain, no back pain, no shoulder pain. The next couple of days it was the same, and after almost 3 weeks of using the pillow, I am happy to report that I am still sleeping really well.  I don't know what sleeping on a cloud would feel like, but I am pretty sure The Floating Comfort Pillow is pretty close.

If you are a mombie or have one in your life, why not give them the gift of a good nights sleep with

  1. its crazy how much a pillow can make a difference in your sleep. my hubby was always hot at night (even with a fan) so he got one of those cooling pillow and it helps him fall asleep and not doing those constant wake ups in the middle of the night
