Walgreens Prescription Savings club

This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

I don't know about you, but I find prescription drugs expensive. We are very fortunate that we have medical coverage to pay for any prescription medications we should need; however, I know many people that are not so lucky.
Prescription drugs can be hard on the wallet and the family budget. When someone ends up sick and in need of medication, it can often happen unexpectedly; which means that in many cases, there isn’t money to pay for the necessary medications. If you or a family member is on a recurring prescription, then it is even more important to save money when you can. To help save a little on the cost of prescription drugs, you should look into signing up for the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. Right now, Walgreens is offering their customers a special discount on the annual membership for the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club

Cost of joining is minimal - for family coverage, you are only going to pay $35.00/yr (this will cover everyone in your immediate family - spouse, dependents that are 22 years of age or younger, and even your pets!)
For individual coverage, the cost is only $20.00 per year.

Joining the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club will give you discount prices on prescriptions as well as other benefits which include:
-Savings on more than 8,000 brand-name and all generic medications
-Discounts on flu shots, pet prescriptions, nebulizers and diabetic supplies
-Bonuses when you purchase Walgreens brand products and photofinishing services

Check out the links above, or head on into your nearest Walgreens for more information.  Don’t forget to check out  Walgreens on Facebook and Walgreens on Twitter as well - it will help you stay up to date on specials and promotions!

  2. I wish there was something like this offered in Canada. We only have partial coverage on our prescriptions through hubby's work, and it ends up costing us a small fortune. -SASS
